Bardia national park, established in 1988, is the largest protected and undisturbed national park in Nepal. Flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj or Surkhet is the easiest way to reach Bardia national park. You can also drive via the east west highway from anywhere in Nepal.
Baridya national park is a Tiger conservation area and you could travel hours without seeing anybody in the jungle. Bengal Tigers, one horn Rhino, wild Elephants, Leopards, the Gharials Croc and Sarus Crane are frequently seen Mammals and birds in the Park. There are some points in the parks that you can sit and spot the tigers. Be sure to tell your local guide for the best view of the place.
If you are brave enough you could possibly go with a guide with packed lunch to the jungle, but it would be at your own risk. You could do jeep drive as well.
